Our Inspection Services
1. Equipment Covered
- Forklifts: Assessing load forks, mast assembly, hydraulics, and tires for signs of wear or damage.
- Mobile Cranes: Inspecting the boom, counterweights, load hooks, wire ropes, and hydraulic systems.
- MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms): Checking platforms, safety harness attachments, and stability systems.
- Hoists and Lifting Tackle: Including chain blocks, lever hoists, slings, and shackles for structural integrity and proper functioning.
2. Types of Inspections
- Quarterly Inspections (3 months inspections): Designed and mandatory for all under the hook attachments that is All lifting tackles.
- 6 Monthly Inspections: Designed and mandatory for all Lifitng machinery to identify possible wear, deformation, damage etc of structural support and load path parts of equipment in use.
3. Inspection Process
- Conducting a detailed checklist review for each piece of equipment.
- Testing mechanical and safety systems for proper operation.
- Documenting findings and providing a comprehensive report on the condition of the equipment.
- Recommending repairs or replacements if necessary.
4. Compliance and Certification
- All inspections comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations, such as Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Upon successful inspection, we issue certification for the equipment, verifying its compliance and readiness for use.
